Bathroom was dirty. Trash on night table. Hairs on the floor and in the tub. Check-in staff was great. Bed is good.

The newly remodeled rooms were beautiful! The check-in area, food area, hallways. elevators and rooms were very clean and updated with new decor and furniture. All of the food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The staff was excellent- pleasant and courteous from the check-in desk to the cook at breakfast. Will definitely return for another stay.

Besides the Staff and pricing, I wouldn't stay in this particular location again. The staff were friendly, but the place was extremely dirty. We tried to stay somewhere else but it was too short notice so we cleaned ourselves. The vents blew out dirt so we kept dusting and that's the SECOND room we were moved to.

Great Hotel with great staff
We walked into the hotel tired, hungry and pretty frazzled by a truck driver on the interstate who tried to run us off the road. But your staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming that we felt better immediately. Our check in was smooth and simple. They pointed us to a nearby restaurant with great food and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

From the second you park and see the view to the smiling face at the front desk and the new clean rooms and can’t forget free coffee all day long.. Everything was amazing sadly we were excited to go for the hot tub but it was drained and not available for use during our stay.
