Rude at check in, waited 1.5 hours for sheets for the couch bed and the room was dirty and in need of major repairs!

The carpet was dirty in the room, stained. No bath mat. There were no water cups (even plastic throw away type) in the room. Bar soap would be nice. The room was a bit noisy. The door to the room (106) didn't automatically close, which I find odd...maybe because it was a handicapped room? Not sure.
On the plus side the staff were friendly, helpful, cheery. I appreciated the staff in the kitchen and at the front desk.

Unfortunately this hotel was very dirty. Pull out mattress looked like it had been stained very badly with body fluids. Couch was the same. So gross that we didn’t even sit on it. Sheets had hair and stains like they had not been changed. Room was falling apart and the smell was almost unbearable in the room. Locks to the hotel entrances were broken and anyone could access the hotel. I will never stay and this hotel again.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The grounds aren’t kept up at all and the room reeked of smoke all the way down to the towels. The window completely fell off the track and out when I opened it to let fresh air in and some of the awful smell out. The flow has chunks of something brown mashed into it that look like they didn’t even attempt to clean up. The bed linens were clean, but there’s no phone and the toiletries were chunky and gross, so who knows what’s in them. The pool is hot- water and air.
I’d skip this one if you can.

房间面积不小，行李完全可以施展开，只是卫生间龙头水量小，使用感不是很好。早餐标准美式，品种还算丰富。城市里有座雷丁桥，正好是落日的时候，看到了晚霞，值得去走走。
雷丁是加州北中部地区的一个中心城市，从这里向北是火山口湖国家公园，向西是拉森火山国家公园。酒店位置靠城市西北方向，周边都是酒店。房间干净，早餐还行。城市在7月温度很高达到了40摄氏度，干热干热的。城市边有个雷丁河流过，水流很大，有一座日晷桥很独特。时间有的话可以去看看。
