My room was very clean, comfortable and the staff were wonderful! I had ocean front views and took advantage of the lovely sunrises/sunsets. Gorgeous views.

Amanda is superb when servicing guests needs! Great view from the balcony, friendly cleaning staff. The only downside was the location of the bicycle rack. The rack is pushed up against a wall located just outside of one of the entrances and interferes with 2 parking spots. There is no way to lock and store bikes properly with this limited and inconvenient location

Paying for parking when you are already paying couple hundred dollars a night is a joke.
There are a set of steps from the parking area which which go buy the beach shop and then to the boardwalk or the beach. However people are allowed to park in front of the steps making access difficult especially if carrying beach chairs. Should be a no parking space.

Anniversary stay that exceeded expectations
We had an amazing stay for our anniversary at the beach. The room and view was excellent and we even got some gifts to celebrate the occasion. Just fantastic service and such easy access to the beach.

Good stay at a good location. Booked a room with oceanfront balcony in mind but upon arriving was checked into a separate building entirely, still within walking distance to the beach. Facilities were nice and room was cozy.

Staff was kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was very good. The advertised bar was not open for service. And unfortunately our room was on the first floor, where the pet friendly rooms were located. The pup next door to us yelped a lot. Nerve wracking.

The charges for parking were not on my ******* reservation. Was not a requirement during previous stays at this same hotel. Management had guaranteed onsite parking for a group of motorcycle riders but then charged me $10 per night with no guarantee
