The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a comfortable couch and foot rest. The sink was outside the toilet and shower-we both love this. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and effecient. My favorite part was the Starbucks in the lobby. Only thing I missed was free breakfast but they have a Biestro on site. The Thunder Bay restaurant next door was excellent!

Room was fine... we were very disappointed in your t.v. channel selections, 90% sports... we wont stay again t.v. being #1 and no free breakfast #2.. and no overhead roof at front door parking when checking in.

The room was clean and the service cordial and competent. We got back late and found compare g open. Ran out of hot water and no pressure and kept slipping to the center of the bed. I would not stay here again.

Everything was good accept for the price we paid, they need a free breakfast like all the other hotels. We won’t be staying here again for that reason.

The property was neat and clean.
Your staff is was made it so special. The entire staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. When you passed a staff member in the halls, they made it a point to say hello. We will be keeping the Courtyard Marriott as a favorite place to meet and stay with friends. Thank you for the great service.

我们住得很愉快，虽然万豪这个品牌确实需要一些翻新，或者需要一个优秀的维护团队和员工，他们知道如何对一些重要的区域进行良好的维护。一些大堂沙发套破损/损坏，包括卧室天花板，一扇过时的浴室门从未被翻修过/重新粉刷过，蜘蛛网状/生锈的洒水器，以及盖子破损的空调机组。这些都很容易修复。谢谢。
