Not overly impressed for the price. The water is down a very steep incline and the parkway is right beside the location ( road noise). The cottage was ok but had no window coverings at all in the living room area. No real storage if you are planning more than a few days. No greeting from the owners (even though they walked by a few times) until we didn't have any hot water on our first morning. Definitely would not be back...hotel or motel in Gananoque would have sufficed.

酒店回复: Hello- First i must apologize for the issue you have - sadly equipment does breakdown but that does not make it any better for you- i understand. In regards to the window coverings - we recognize that was a mistake on our part and will be installing more window shades this spring- originally though it was better for the view etc - but you are right and we are remedying that oversight. In regards to greetings - during COVID we take our guests and staff safety very seriously and have instructed our staff to stay away from our guests unless we are approached or requested. Perhaps we could do a better job in making that the reason for our lack of personal contact- we will improve on that as well- Again my apologizes for the issue and we do appreciate your feedback - we aim to improve all the time
