I checked in on Tuesday and out on Friday. My room was never cleaned during my stay. Although there was a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated that the rooms are cleaned every other day.

Everything about the hotel was great. It was very clean, staff was courteous, everything went very well. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there wasn't waffles for breakfast, which is a very small thing.

Just plain awful
Horrible, everything was dirty, lip kissing marks on the mirrors, spots everywhere that indicated nothing had been wiped down. Pillow cases were wrinkled, I’m not even convinced that they had been washed. The carpet felt wet, room had an odor. I don’t understand how this is a Hilton

Very unclean to be a Hilton, the bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet wasn’t clean, also housekeeping didn’t clean our room after we told her that we will step out to let her clean the room. She only came back to bring towels and didn’t clean. Help was no where to be found when needed.

Great Stay, Great Location
We had a great trip! Everything was clean and the amenities were top notch.

我一到酒店就被安排进一个脏兮兮的房间,清洁工说房间从周五就脏了。我和孩子们进去后,我告诉他们房间不干净。我们正要转身离开时,清洁工正用万能钥匙开门。我下楼去反映情况。他们又给我安排了另一个房间,但还是不干净。我又去反映了一次。清洁工经理态度很差,但这又不是我的错。最后给我安排的那个房间里,电话坏了,马桶还漏水。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了,而且我会向总部投诉。
这次入住体验令人失望——希望只是个例外
我一直都住在克林顿/杰克逊的希尔顿花园酒店,通常体验都很好,但最近这次四晚的住宿却令人失望。入住期间没有提供全套客房服务——没有更换床单,没有清理垃圾,而且我们每天都得自己要毛巾。
我们刚到的时候,浴室的推拉门关不上,电话也打不通,空调当晚就坏了。房间里也没有沐浴露。幸好维修人员很及时也很友善,很快就解决了问题。
第三天,我不得不两次要毛巾。一位戴着眼镜、头发很短的年长前台工作人员态度很差,让我自己去找客房服务人员。我去找客房服务人员时,她态度很差,说她要下班了。幸好,一位年轻的前台接待员和那位年轻的客房服务人员(那天是她第一天上班)帮忙解决了问题,而且她们的态度也好了很多。
我知道有些员工没来打扫房间,但没必要摆脸色。退房那天早上,前台两位女士——我猜其中一位是经理——都非常和蔼可亲,并向我道歉。
这是我第一次在这家酒店遇到不太满意的体验,希望只是个别情况。我以前一直很喜欢住在这里,希望以后情况能有所改善。
餐厅服务员和前台工作人员都非常棒,从我16号晚上8点入住到第二天早上,她们的服务都非常周到。这些女士们应该加薪。她们总是面带微笑,热情周到。她们主动自我介绍,可惜我没能记住她们所有人的名字。向她们致敬!
员工既友好又乐于助人。“餐厅”和酒吧的服务都很好!
现在说说不好的地方。我们去程和回程都在这里住了一晚。酒吧没有酒。我常喝的啤酒,喝了两轮就卖完了。食物不错,调酒师也很棒。我们离开时住的房间浴室门是推拉门,但门脱轨了。我起得早,我妻子起得晚。我需要关上门才能洗澡,不打扰她,但却关不上。门很重,前面都压在地上了。回程时,我们办理入住后才知道电梯坏了。我们不得不扛着行李上下楼。第二天电梯还是坏的。酒吧的啤酒我喝了一轮就卖完了,因为另一个人喝的是同一个牌子。有人因为电梯的问题要求退款,但酒店说如果是通过第三方预订和付款的,比如*******,就不能退款。一位常客告诉我们,酒吧不允许他们储备必要的库存,因为高层管理人员不允许。我很难相信希尔顿品牌会允许这种情况发生。
