Wonderful service all around
After having such a bad experience at another hotel and having them cancel our reservation, we were able to book a room at Candlewood, which was a step up from the previous location. This hotel was very inviting, The staff was exceptional. The amenities were great. Free washer and dryer for customers. Kitchen in the room with a range of appliances that could be borrowed. If needing a place to stay in Houston again, we will definitely stay here again.

Bathtub
A little concerned about the bathtub in room 414. When you stepped in the bottom would give a little and would make a groaning noise. Also the bottom of the tub is slick, almost fell once. Maybe some safety strips on the bottom. A/C was a little difficult to get the temp just right.

room was great just had a smell. Bed and pillows were very soft. customer service was ok

This place should be five stars, but there was a chair in the room that had the cover ripped off - Just take that chair out. All in all very good, I will definitely stay again at this property.
