Staff and services are excellent. Very clean. Front counter staffs are very helpful. Breakfast was really great first day but can better during weekend

No fresh towels!!!
We checked in, my wife showered we left for a concert. When we got back we showered. It was a hot sweaty concert. We used 3 towels at that point. I woke up showered.My wife asked if I could grab her a fresh towel. To our surprise they didn’t have any clean towels available.. my wife was not impressed

Poor systems
They couldn't check me in even after waiting for over an hour. Seems their servers were down and none of their systems were working.

The receptionist that checked me in gave me the incorrect number for a second night stay. When I tried to book my second night they did not honor that number. My room was not properly cleaned there was hair all over the room . On the towels and in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the poor service and standard of cleanliness here.

Room was spacious and clean. However the hall had dirty linen and the trash was overfull. Overall will stay again.

Asked clerk if pool was functioning before checking in. 15 minutes later pool closed before we could use and would not give refund.
