Ive stayed here many times. Ive noticed like drywall, painting, wallpaper and other things with unrepaired damage. Plus is the breakfadt and pool that stays open till 11 pm.

The lounge area was beautiful, Don the bartender was a nice person to talk to. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the rooms. Everything else was great. I will go back again.

Staff were the highlight with all being friendly and very helpful. Rooms are smaller with 8-ft ceilings and small bathrooms. Rooms could use touch ups where needed. Free B-fast was always ready and constantly stocked. Plenty of parking spaces.

Awesome stay with lots of little things that made it better. (nice pillows, curved shower rod, hot breakfast) Staff was kind, my boys went through the spooky maze and I got a gym pass to go down the road to a great gym. The chemicals in the pool burned my eyes from just sitting in the hot tub, I didn't even get any water in my eyes. I'm sad we couldn't enjoy the pool this time, last two times we had no problems with the pool. Overall though we had a great stay

The hotel is well located in Pinetop. It's an older facility and needs an update - example, carpet, paint and wallpaper in our to oom needs a makeover .. lots of hot water in shower and bath..very comfortable bed and nice linens.. overall a good value.. we plan to stay here again..

Nice Pine trees, clean room., pleasant check in lady. bad bad mattresses replace them immediately!!!
Breakfast late.. lady would not unlike milk or coolers etc.until after 6:30.
Brought out cold eggs which must have been instant. She said she was waiting for the potatoes to get done. Poor planning.

Parking was just out front and very safe. Breakfast was perfect for me. Coffee, juice eggs, bacon or sausage toast and/or waffles.

Rooms were lacking in maintenance and upkeep. No attention to detail. Mold in the tub and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Lamps were dusty and had spider webs on them. The carpet was torn and stained and the heater/AC smelled like burned dust everytime it was turned on. Empty tissue dispenser and shampoo bottles the don't pump/work. No weather stripping under the door.
Check in was at 3pm. We were there and was told our room wasn't ready and the maid was still working on it. Who tells you that check in is at 3pm then tells you the room is not ready. I asked if there were other rooms of that type available she said she did not want to reshuffle the rooms to accomodate us. Excuse me it should be first come first served. I'm sure there were a few rooms that the receptionist could have put us in. Well it took an hour for us to get our room. This hotel needs to have a staff review as well a a maintenance review.
Breakfast was fine, the only redeeming part of the hotel.
The last night we had 2 rooms across from us that housed two drunk couples. They would go in and out of the rooms slamming the doors until 2am. I had to move my car at 12 midnight due to it being parked next to the loud people's car. It seemed like they were drinking and smoking near the cars and I didn't want to wake up to damage. This place seems nice on the web...it aint. Buyer beware!
