The room was very clean, staff friendly the only downside was the spa facilities the pools were chilly and the steam rooms felt cold at times

Room was cold and dated net curtains had mould on the windows full of condensation carpets dirty
Restaurant closed and lots of painting and carpet laying going on everywhere
Never got free drinks vouchers

是一个度假村，酒店有很大的院子，前后风景很好。有游泳池，夏天来会很舒服。晚上有小酒吧，能喝点小酒，就是有点偏。早餐品种少了点。
位置不错，但员工需要反复提醒才能做一件简单的事情。

酒店试图对每一项附加服务都收费。他们甚至连一件浴袍都要5英镑。
预订了 VIP 住宿，但房间很脏，很臭。当被要求换房间时，工作人员态度很差。他们甚至不提供有关如何在酒店内游览的帮助。房间里没有空调，所以你绝对会热得要命
