有点不符合 Premier Inn 的标准。浴室门后面挂着一条脏兮兮的毛巾，窗台上扔着 Primark 内裤包装袋，其中一个房间里没有卫生纸……感觉客房服务人员有点忙不过来。床很舒服，室温适宜，早餐很丰盛。虽然第一天值班的接待员很可爱，但第二天的接待员需要在魅力学校接受再培训......下次可能会住在其他 Premier Inn 酒店。
We had a lovely peaceful stay on Xmas eve. We thought being so central (and seeing how busy the bar next door was) it would be noisy but it wasn't. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and gave free parking on Xmas day as a Xmas present which was a lovely touch. We were greeted in the morning with big smiles and warmth. Room was a great size, bed super comfortable as always!

Stayed Sunday 14th Dec (check in about 14:00). Great experience from start to finish. Firstly, we were early but still allowed to check in an hour ahead of time, at no extra cost. The lady who handled that (sorry I did not get the name, but she seemed to be a manager) was excellent! Very professional and accommodating Top marks for customer service! The room was reasonably comfortable as usual, and we had a decent night's sleep. The breakfast was very decent and the lady supervising (Angeline) was brilliant! Really accommodating, professional, friendly and very approachable. Again top marks for customer service! This venue will definitely be our 'go-to' hotel next time we go skiing at the Milton Keynes Snowzone.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant. They always had our best interests at heart. The room was very comfortable and because I booked well in advance, it was very good value

Got here and some Christmas do / birthday party was all in full swing, in a premier in, I thought that was strange but I thought hey ho let’s order some food, the food was good with the stake gone just right and the atmosphere was loud but friendly, I was reinsured by Emily and Tony that all way under control, 4 pints of madri later and I was part of the konga and engaged in the drunken activity’s, all was well.
房间很干净，建筑很新，服务和设施都很棒。唯一的缺点是酒店的电视不是智能电视，而且我手机在附近的信号很差。
工作人员很粗鲁，早餐没有什么甜的，因为供应商没有带来任何东西，但他们仍然让我付早餐费，除非每天有特别要求，否则房间不会打扫。太可怕了，我不会再回去了。

我们下午 3 点 15 分来到接待处办理入住手续，房间还没有准备好。接待处有两个人，Emily 和 Colin，他们看起来很慌乱，因为有一长串的客人在等待入住，而他们俩都不知道哪些房间已经打扫过了。下午 3 点应该是退房时间，那时房间应该已经准备好了。等了 20 分钟后，他们给了我卡，甚至都没告诉我房间号、楼层、电梯/楼梯在哪里，客户服务一点也不好。等了那么长时间，我上楼到房间却发现上一个人还没有打扫过！如果需要证据，我拍了照片，因为我太恶心了，经过这么久，我还是被送到了一个清洁工都没碰过的房间，到处都是脏毛巾和床上用品，垃圾桶和工作台上堆满了垃圾，太恶心了。我回到接待处告诉他们，但他们甚至没有向我道歉，只是告诉我需要等他们检查我可以住哪个房间。我又等了将近 20 分钟。谢天谢地，隔壁的房间很干净，虽然看起来很简陋，房间里甚至连一张沙发都没有，墙上布满了黑色的斑点。由于房间乱糟糟的，我晚上离开酒店参加派对，比原定离开的时间晚了一个小时。晚上 10:30 我回来时听到隔壁酒吧/俱乐部传来音乐的震动。我以为过一会儿可能会安静下来，但它整晚都在响，我几乎没睡。退房时，接待处没有人，所以我只好把钥匙扔进箱子里，但我想投诉。多年来，我住过许多高级旅馆，包括市中心酒吧旁边的旅馆，从来没有被这样的音乐打扰过。也从来没有遇到过这么糟糕的客户服务！
工作人员非常友好，房间总体来说很不错！床很舒服，但不幸的是，由于房间俯瞰着当地夜总会，所以晚上睡得不好。建议要求一间俯瞰大楼正面的房间，因为这样晚上可能会睡得更好！
