The hallways and room were very musty smelling. They had people working on rooms that had a mess in the areas used by guests. A Pardon Our Mess sign was needed. Bathrooms had mold in the bath/shower. Parts of the guest areas in and around the property were nice and parts were tired.

Unfortunately I didn't like the location didn't know it sat back at the end of the street, I didn't think it had enough lighting on the outside I was spooked just a little because of coming back late, I didn't feel secure, I think the hotel is a little out dated but my room was nice and clean and slept great, I didn't like the lady who made our breakfast I felt she was rude, I think if someone don't really understand how things go you should not get an attitude but for the most part it was an ok stay

Smelly and damp
Terrible check in…sent me to the wrong side of the building to park and haul up my luggage to the third floor on the wrong side of the building and therefore had to bring it all the way back down all the way across the lobby and over to the other side of the building, and then I had to go and move my vehicle to the other side of the building. Then once I finally got the right room, I found out that the key that he had given me didn’t work and unfortunately, it didn’t work twice so yeah check-in was bad and the room was smelly and damp.

We loved our stay here! The first night we got a lemon of a room-cigarette smoke, strong ammonia smell, ground floor room with people coming and going late in the parking lot, and mould in the bathroom. We told the staff and got a new room on the second floor the next night! No weird smells, no bathroom mould, comfortable bed, lots of coat hangers, quiet, and right beside the staircase! Parking was easy and we get a spot near the door almost every time. The pool was clean and lots of towels and seating. We didn't try the Bistro, but it all looked good! We'll definitely stay here next time we go to Lexington.

Normally like courtyard hotels but The ants were really bad this year in room. Any food on floor led to swarms. Found ants in bed and in Kleenex holder in bathroom which showed they were wide spread.

I always try to book this location for the pool and walking trail nearby .Dissapointed that they would not supply a cot as was advertised...I was traveling with 3 children..as indicated when I made reservations.While it was no problem last time...they would not supply one this time.Go figure...this made a differance in a good nights rest..
