Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again.

Main objection was humidity in our room. Everything in the room was uncomfortably damp, including our clothes and the sheets, etc., on the bed. The hallway and other areas of the property we visited were not like that. It was so damp that it was difficult to sleep.

Reserved king size bed got 2 queens. Bathroom had trip taped to the wall. Barn door on the bathroom is horrible.

No swimming pool andno elevator for $250/night? Outrageous. When booking the property knew the pool was out of service but didnt disclose. This property is generally quite run down as well.

The facility was fully booked and there were people still in the hallways talking and being rowdy after trying to be patient and hoping staff would address the problem I had to call the front desk at 1am for someone to address the issue. There definitely should be a curfew to prevent this from hauling

Not what we expected
We weren’t happy about several things with our stay. No vent fans In the bathrooms so fogged over mirrors. our rooms were supposed to have pull out couches , there was no couches in either rooms. No room service while we were out & heard a housekeeper being rude to a guest when asked a question.
We are big Hampton stayers while traveling & this was not like we expected…
