Room was clean, as were the facilities. A good breakfast and a nice pool. Close to all the downtown Freeport outlets

It was good from the time we walked in the door to the few questions i had asked. The gentleman when we checked in was great and the couple of people i saw in the morning were very friendly as well.

We checked in and when we went in the room we checked the bed and it had major stains on the sheets and the toilet had pee on the toilet the carpet and floors were dirty as if they dont get vacuum. The front desk wasnt that pleasant. They were nice enough to give us a new room. Unfortunately this room had the same issue the bed sheets were very stained and the floors not so clean. I had to wipe the side tables down bc they had coffee stains on them. We were very dissapointed. Maybe teach staff to be more pleasant when an issue arises.

我在这家酒店度过了美好的五晚。房间格外干净，员工友好，热水全天供应，无线网络畅通无阻，床铺舒适，空调控制方便安静，冰箱和微波炉运转正常，而且价格实惠（淡季）。我没有享用早餐，所以无法评价。我唯一的抱怨是房间关门的声音太大，而且人们可能不太体谅人。如果门上能贴上提醒牌，避免用力关门就好了。如果你附近有几个人会用力关门，或者即使只有一个人经常进出，也很容易打扰你的安宁或睡眠。即便如此，我还是会再次入住这里，并且会戴上耳塞，用音响设备来抵御嘈杂的门声。很棒的住宿体验！

因为靠近高速公路，所以整晚都有很多卡车，所以很吵，但我还是睡着了。
泳池周围太糟糕了。喝酒、粗鲁的孩子和大人。为什么要打开门通向外面？早餐还是那支粗鲁的曲棍球队。
没有泳池毛巾。
