Pleasant staff from check in to check out. Breakfast was fresh, coffee was great. Attendant was very friendly and made sure everything was neat and fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was superb thanks to Marilyn. Close to Copperplex if you’re down there for a sports tournament. Would come here again.

I only spent the night here so I didn’t get a full day experience at the hotel but overall a great stay. The bathroom was clean, the room was very spacious. We reserved a double bed and pullout couch and it was a very big room. The concierge was helpful and nice. The breakfast had lots of options

I had the worst experience with the tall man who works the front desk. He was extremely rude and would not allow my companion to check in, even though they were on the reservation. He offered no assistance and made my companion wait 6 hours before we were able to check in, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I appreciate Carl and the woman who works the front desk, they are both kind and professional. However, they cannot make up for their terrible co-worker.
