As good as always can't fault it room fine clean staff lovely and most important really really quiet . Was abit dubious cos of recent bad reviews but it was a great experience

We stayed at Clacton-on-Sea and for the first time although not our first time in a premier inn we have stayed all over the country. This has to be the worst we have ever stayed

The location of this Premier Inn is great – right next to the pier, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the high street within easy walking distance. However, our room was very stuffy, even though it was winter. The fan/air-con didn’t seem to make much difference, and as the windows don’t open, there was no way for the heat to escape. It does state when booking that phone signal can be a bit temperamental, which was true – we had “emergency calls only” for most of our stay. You can connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it isn’t the fastest. Overall, it’s a very convenient and decent hotel, but these little things – especially the room temperature – were a bit off-putting. Would I stay again? Yes, but I’d definitely ask for a fan from reception next time. If the room temperature was pleasant, I would give 5 stars, but for, it has to be 4.

We stayed here Christmas evening as a couple and on Christmas morning we had breakfast as a group of 6. The breakfast was great. A big choice of continental breakfast and we had veggie sausage and bacon cooked for us by the chef. One person in-particular stood out and was there last year, very friendly, smiley and helpful even though it was Christmas Day and they offered us a Buck’s Fizz with breakfast. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, including a hairdryer and shower gel. It is very reasonable for what you get.

Room was clean and very comfortable Did have to ask for an other towel as only one in bathroom but was given one straight away Staff where very helpful and friendly We did have breakfast which was great a lot to choose from between having full fry or continental Will use hotel again

We stayed here for just one night visiting family. The hotel is very run down and the rooms quite dirty particularly stained carpets and it is in need of refreshments and updating. Having said that it is a good location and the car parking at £8 a day is reasonable.

克拉克顿是哈里奇附近的一个海滨度假胜地（当然有码头）。它曾经辉煌过，如今却沦为一座彻底衰败的沉闷海滨小镇。我们在那里住了一晚，因为第二天一早要乘渡轮返回荷兰。房间有空调，价格也还算合理。这也是我们选择普瑞米尔酒店的主要原因。房间足够大。浴室里有一个带浴帘的浴缸，我们不太喜欢。总而言之，房间设施非常简陋。无线网络很慢。酒店外面有很多停车位。我们没有吃早餐，因为我们必须很早就出发去哈里奇赶渡轮。酒店位于镇中心。
