Very clean hotel. Loved the outdoor fireplace. Great place to gather with friends from the area. Was very disappointed on day of checkout....we had taken some luggage down to vehicle and went for breakfast stil had things in room and while we were at breakfast the cleaning ladies had started cleaning our room and had bagged all of our items that were still in the room. We had not even checked out yet as it was only 8:30 a.m. When went to our room to make sure we had not forgotten anything the cleaning ladies, who did not speak English, looked at us like we should not be in our room. This was very, very discouraging.

Staff was the best - everyone was so helpful & friendly. Rooms were spacious & clean. Good restaurant just down the street. Convenient to get anywhere around Des Moines & surrounding area. Patio with fire pit is a nice place to take a break. Breakfast was always delicious

it was close to the airport and everywhere else we had to go to. close to grocery stores, shopping.
前台的 Brennen 很友善，知识渊博，回答了我的问题，并为我办理了机场班车。我的房间宽敞、干净、舒适。我喜欢我的枕头选择。洗发水/护发素/沐浴皂产品系列很棒！！
酒店电梯旁边的房间令人讨厌又烦人，床垫弹簧也很糟糕，每次搬家都会发出吱吱声！我睡觉时经常翻来覆去，每次搬家都会吵醒我和妻子！说实话，有点失望！
前台非常干净、热情。特别是 Alex，她热情好客，让我感觉很舒服，因为我来自加利福尼亚，不了解那里的天气。Alex 很棒！
