The staff was super friendly! The hotel was updated and more importantly clean! The parking lot was well lighted and I felt safe at this property.

Customer service was very kind and thorough. We got our room quickly, it was very nice. I slept great, so did my family. Check out was also easy.

The shower door kept sliding open and the paint was chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom. The A/c wouldn’t warm up even when temp raised. Wouldn’t stay here again at this price - too many other nearby options.

Very nice hotel, it’s right off of the interstate so traffic noise might bother some people. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Checked in at 2:47. Checked in and then went back to request a room not directly in front of elevator. Clerk said no other clean rooms available. 10 minutes later she was checking in several other guests. Asked again if I could move. Said she would go up and call in 10 minutes, never called back. Poor customer service.
