The property was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. The room was world-class and clean, with a modern design. I did not eat breakfast.

I stayed at this location to attend a wedding. The staff was very courteous & helpful. Mylasia was the front desk receptionist & our bartender & she was a delight!
Disappointments: Water pressure was extremely low. Shower head was broken (did not adjust & water sprayed everywhere). Desk chair was "peeled" & didn't look fit to sit in.
As a hostess at the wedding, I found myself having to speak to the hospitality manager multiple times brining to her attn issues that should have been immediately noticed. Serving tray was wobbly; could have resulted in a disaster. This should have been noticed as they filled the tray with food. Also, they actually ran out of silverware to be used with cake serving. NOT good as this should have been anticipated in any hospitality environment! They literally were picking up plates single handed from the table, instead of using a tray or a cart, which would have been most efficient! Serving statff as pleasant I might add. Outside of a few improvements/upgrades the stay was "ok".

Horrible smell outside and inside. Bugs in room!
Staff friendly and apologized saying it was a maintenance issue!
Had to park at Olive Garden and walk then told to go get vehicle at 10:30 pm or it would be towed!

酒店的体验太糟糕了：
1. 洗衣服务没有按时完成。

虽然房间总体上很干净，但我要求多加一条毯子，结果拿来了一条最恶心的橄榄绿色、上面有药丸的毯子，看上去就像是狗把它带到外面睡了好几年一样。希尔顿，记住，即使是最小的事情也会毁了住宿。
窗户很薄，能听到高速公路上外面的一切。医院就在附近，整晚都能听到警报声。我住过高速公路附近的酒店，从来没有一家像这家这么吵。晚上睡得不好。
