从入住到后半夜,酒店一直停电。感觉一定是不好的。

早餐工作人员很粗鲁。没有标志说必须穿鞋。我本可以礼貌地告诉他们。然而,粗鲁的经理不得不对我咆哮,最后说“不穿鞋,不提供服务”,就好像我在一家五星级度假村一样。这顿早餐充其量只是一顿平庸的早餐。其他工作人员坐在长凳的一端玩手机。声音很大。我房间里的水龙头很松,你不得不用一只手握住它,另一只手才能打开或关闭。前台工作人员很友好,他们从手机和平板电脑上抬起头来帮助我。酒店停车场看起来像一个最低安全监狱,全部用摄像头围起来,用房间钥匙才能进入。早上前台人员说我们需要钥匙才能离开......我们不需要。但我们仍然不得不绕过停车场,下车,走30英尺,把钥匙放进一个没有完全关上的门旁边的箱子里。非常令人失望。下次会在科利尔维尔更远的地方住另一家酒店。
房间干净整洁。我对早餐的安排有点不满。入住时,他们告诉我们早餐免费供应时间为早上6:30到9:30。我8:45去吃早餐时,服务员拦住了我,问我“早餐券”的事。我告诉服务员我对“早餐券”一无所知,以为我无意中把它落在了房间钥匙的“袖子”里。她问我和我的家人我们的房间号。我们给了她两个不同的房间号。她查了一下,说:“哦,你们预订时没有买早餐”……真是的!她说:“你可以在前台或者后面的酒吧付15美元”……我们手里只有房间钥匙。我当时真是吓坏了。我从来没有住过预订时需要支付早餐费的酒店。早餐费一直包含在房费里!我对此非常失望。前台告诉我们早餐免费,并告诉我们早餐的具体时间,却从没说过我们需要“早餐券”。如果这是你们的政策,那么入住时应该会非常清楚!我相信遇到这种情况的不止我们一家!这绝对会让我三思而后行,以后再也不会住这里!
