Average stay. Good initial impression, but the longer we stayed, the worse it was. Mediocre breakfast, even the bread was not always that fresh, the same for vegetables. The sofa in the room was basically broken, we noticed it only when we wanted to make up the bed. But the worst thing was the smell in the toilet and in the bathroom; felt like mold, could not get used to it, awful!!! (and probably very unhealthy) There is probably something wrong with the ventilation, but I am not an expert. On a positive note, the crew was VERY helpful and reacted quickly to all of our remarks (e.g. entry card malfunction, bulb replacement, etc.)

Very nice hotel in a very beautiful location with easy access to the Tatra mountains. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train station which offers you easy access to the surrounding villages and Poprad. Staff were pleasant and our room was comfortable.

We arrived on February 27, 2023 and girl on the reception was very friendly and helped us with all our problems. We stayed in the apartment TYP C 8+0, wich was really very spacious even for 7 people, very good equipped but there was not a dishwasher in the kitchen :-) The view from our rooms and balcony was beautiful. Our apartment was on the third floor, but there is an elevator. Breakfast was good and fresh. The location was perfect, everything was very close. We can highly recomend APLEND Vila Beatrice.

舒适宽敞，交通便利，设施齐全。抵达后，我们发现床下有一副玻璃杯，这表明清洁流程有待改进。早餐种类丰富，品质优良。酒店没有前台服务，入住手续必须在步行五分钟即可到达的连锁酒店主楼办理。由于酒店没有相关设备，主楼的工作人员非常友好，并会就任何问题提供指导。
抵达后，我们有点沮丧，因为办理入住手续是在马路对面的另一家酒店。我们遇到的接待人员都非常有礼貌、友好和乐于助人。房间看起来棒极了，是时尚的小屋风格，我们住在 8 号。不幸的是，主卧室主衣柜前有一大块湿渍，花了 2 天才干，所以要想不弄湿袜子就很难了。暖气不稳，我们早上 10 点需要烘干一些衣服时，它却不工作。热水也是个问题。我们一行 5 个人，热水要花很长时间才能来，每次我们肯定浪费了 30 升水。洗完一次澡后，热水经常会断掉（在晚上），我们不得不烧水和烧水，以便其他人可以洗澡。由于屋顶太低以及浴缸的整体设置，我们不可能站着淋浴。这是不负责任的浪费水，而且要求节约用水——重复使用毛巾——就像浴室的标牌上写的那样——简直是虚伪。我们三个人不得不轮流泡澡，以帮助减少这种可怕的浪费。没有客房服务，只补充肥皂和毛巾，而且不是每天都做。这不是问题，客房服务也没有宣传，但是我们到达时肥皂已经用完了。早餐很棒，而且每天都会略有变化。但是！你们为什么要提供不新鲜的面包卷/rohliky？这些面包卷看起来糟透了，客人都没动过，真让人尴尬，因为这些通常是每个人早餐的最爱。听到人们嘲笑并看到他们震惊的表情，服务员团队一定很难受。干脆不提供面包卷吧？切片面包很好吃。团队一直在补充，而且区域非常干净。下次我会尝试不同的酒店——对不起，Aplend！
位于塔特兰斯卡-卢穆尼卡中心地带，地理位置优越，公寓舒适宽敞。早餐美味，但几乎每天都是同样的菜品。可存放自行车和其他设备。提供毛巾服务。没有位于卢扎梅杰酒店 (Hotel Lujza Major) 的前台。
我们全家都住得很愉快。非常棒，我们每年都会来，而且我们玩得很开心。住宿很干净，早餐也很棒。我们一定会再来的。别墅里的每个人都尽其所能做到最好。房间很漂亮，很安静……
