Mandie at the Front Desk provided outstanding customer service; so professional, kind and welcoming. What a great representative of your business! When I asked about the whirlpool hours, and she had to let me know it was not currently functioning, and I admitted to a leg injury, she graciously upgraded me to a whirlpool suite! Wow!

Things were clean, and readily available. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. It was nice and quiet and i would reccomnend this hotel.

总体 2 星评价是基于我对客房服务的经验。我离开房间前在房间门外挂了“请勿打扰”门挂，我不希望任何人进来，因为我房间里有一些昂贵的东西，包括我的工作电脑，都已安装好。我不需要客房服务人员过来，我以为这样可以把所有人都挡在外面，但当我那天晚上晚些时候回到房间时，我发现有人进来整理了床铺、更换了毛巾并收拾干净。我真的不喜欢这样。除此之外，前台工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，酒店干净整洁，免费早餐相当不错。
