The toilet was clogged, the shower head didn't work, the towels were old and shaggy. Nobody was the least bit interested to help solving this issue.

The room was very nice and clean with a comfy bed and furnished kitchen. Great indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and laundry room - all open 24/7! And the best part — free underground parking with FREE electric car charging! The breakfast was tasty and the evening socials were fun to go to.

I was a very mid experience staying here. Didn't appreciate the increased room charge for the second night. The only thing that boosted my review was the walkability to other stores near the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Well stocked with anything you would need on your trip. The pool had great hours. The hot tub was nice. The pool was so cold I couldn't use it. After 30 mins I had to make my child get out because she so cold her lips were starting to turn purple. The breakfast was great. If the pool was warm enough to use I would make this my go to place anytime I was in the area.
