We enjoy staying here very much. The hotel is very clean, elevators are fast. There's plenty of parking which is so convenient as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food. Very nice place to stay.
Nancy at the front desk who checked us in couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant. She made a wonderful first impression!
Overall, great trip.

We had a wonderful stay. I like the floor plan , spacious,ample supplies. Nice soft comfy bedsheets .location is good. Staff are nice. It was ver cold in the last week of October 2025 & when we sat @ the patio , staff turned on the fireplace so we can stay warm- thank you , so nice of him.
I would recommend this place to my friends who would one day visit Rhode Island . We are from Houston Tx . ❤️👍

虽然我有Orbitz的预订号可以出示，但酒店的系统里却没有预订信息。一年前也发生过这种情况，当时他们正好有空房。这次他们的房间都订满了，所以我不得不找更远的地方住。请修复你的系统，以后再也不会出现这个问题了。
他们承诺给我们大床。我们带了四个老太太，结果到了之后，发现只有双人床，非常不舒服。我的预订单上甚至写着大床。真是令人失望。我们迫不及待地想赶快结束这段旅程，这样就能换到另一家床更大的酒店了。
我们抵达时正值一个繁忙的周末，而且暴风雪即将来临。
入住时，我们并没有被告知泳池已关闭并正在施工。
我们自己发现泳池已经关闭了。
我们到达房间时，发现洗手台和浴室都没有擦拭干净，浴室吊扇旁边的天花板上长满了黑色的长毛。
整个晚上，我们都听到两只小狗不停地叫，更糟糕的是，其他客人还大声叫它们闭嘴，并猛关门，直到凌晨4点以后才停止。
至少可以说，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验。退房时，服务员甚至没有问你晚上过得怎么样？她几乎没和你对视。
不用说，我们不会再来了。
