On the day to Check out even though 12PM was the check out time. As of 9:30AM-10 AM the cleaners came knocking at my doors twice asking “oh when are you checking out?”. And I had to reply them is it time yet to check out and they replied yeah it’s almost time. I reported this encounter to the lady in the front desk on my way out.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen area was well equipped with dishes, good size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting area was nice. Bathroom was clean. Only issue was the shower didn’t have great water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Staff was very nice and very good restaurants at least 5 if not more just next door to Hotel and within a few miles.

There were giant hair balls in the pool for two days straight. Breakfast was cold. Office chair in room was filthy and stained. No conditioner provided nor lotion.

Great stay!
Great stay! Clean room, comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t use pool, dirty and very cold, which was disappointing. Definitely would stay here again.

虽然我有Orbitz的预订号可以出示，但酒店的系统里却没有预订信息。一年前也发生过这种情况，当时他们正好有空房。这次他们的房间都订满了，所以我不得不找更远的地方住。请修复你的系统，以后再也不会出现这个问题了。
他们承诺给我们大床。我们带了四个老太太，结果到了之后，发现只有双人床，非常不舒服。我的预订单上甚至写着大床。真是令人失望。我们迫不及待地想赶快结束这段旅程，这样就能换到另一家床更大的酒店了。
我们抵达时正值一个繁忙的周末，而且暴风雪即将来临。
入住时，我们并没有被告知泳池已关闭并正在施工。
我们自己发现泳池已经关闭了。
我们到达房间时，发现洗手台和浴室都没有擦拭干净，浴室吊扇旁边的天花板上长满了黑色的长毛。
整个晚上，我们都听到两只小狗不停地叫，更糟糕的是，其他客人还大声叫它们闭嘴，并猛关门，直到凌晨4点以后才停止。
至少可以说，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验。退房时，服务员甚至没有问你晚上过得怎么样？她几乎没和你对视。
不用说，我们不会再来了。
