The resort was beautiful my wife and I had a wonder time. Room was clean, staff around the pool was very friendly and attentive. Only reason why I gave this place 4 stars is because the staff during dinner and at the breakfast buffet left myself, my wife, and her friends without water and waiters hardly came to check on us. I had to wave down people just to get water. Other than that hotel is beautiful and the country is too.

刚从好莱坞星球酒店回来，感觉五味杂陈。有些方面很棒……但也有些地方需要改进！先说说好的方面：大堂酒吧的调酒师Edu简直太棒了。相信他，你只要告诉他你想要的口味或酒的偏好，他就能为你调制出一杯神奇的饮品！我们很喜欢晚上坐在吧台边，看着Edu为客人带来美好的夜晚。我们也喜欢酒店提供的水上运动，比如桨板和皮划艇（可惜大型水上三轮车坏了）。Fuel Coffee咖啡吧也是个很棒的亮点，是避暑喝杯冰咖啡的好去处。再说缺点——前台工作人员水平一般，沟通也不顺畅——我当时想解决房间问题，有个女孩态度非常恶劣，真希望我当时记住了她的名字。泳池边的饮料也很难喝。不知道泳池酒吧用的是什么劣质酒，我们试了好多不同的饮料，都难喝得要命。唯一勉强能喝的就是莫吉托。第一天之后我就改喝无酒精饮料了，泳池边的无酒精饮料好喝多了。晚上我和Edu在酒店大堂酒吧喝得酩酊大醉。房间很干净，度假村也不错，娱乐活动也挺精彩。食物还算可以，但是自助餐厅又热又潮，没有空调。总的来说，这远不是我体验过的最好的全包式度假，不过我们还是尽力享受了，玩得挺开心的。
一切都很好，房间很漂亮，食物也很好。如果你想去一个地方并住在这里，这是一个很棒的地方。
总的来说，我非常喜欢这个地方，也来过很多次了。这次，我觉得很多方面都不太尽如人意，不过工作人员尽力确保我们玩得开心，并弥补了不足之处。我们的礼宾员丹尼尔和经理都非常友善。员工是这个地方最棒的地方之一。StarClass泳池的耶雷琳是我见过最棒的人之一。感谢你们让我们的住宿体验如此美好！
房间非常棒，一尘不染，而且宽敞；食物美味可口；服务人员也极其周到。抵达当天房间附近有一些异味，但很快就解决了。全包式服务非常方便，尤其是在哥斯达黎加这个消费水平较高的地区。
酒店很不错，但是服务很慢，房间里24小时都没有空调，我不得不换房间，还要催促工作人员帮忙。
