The room was terrible the ceiling had brown water spots on it like it was leaking the door to the room you can barely open it the hotel is nasty breakfast was terrible only cereal do not stay at this hotel it's made for crack heads

the man checking me in on 2nd shift was very rude. the room smelled so much like cigarettes that I woke up in the middle of the night my throat was burning and i was coughing. The only breakfast they had was cold cereal and some donut holes.

Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine.
Hotel is old and in desperate need of updates and or deep cleaning. Carpets are disgusting everywhere, did not seem vacuumed well when we checked in. Bathroom was gross, tub had soap residue that had not been cleaned, old staining everywhere. The toilet seat was coming detached and no one cleaned the area around the attachment and it was very dirty. There were two towels in the room, no linens for the pull out sofa in room or on sofa, no extra pillows.
Room had lots of space though which is what we were looking for!

The door to the room was falling off the hinge. I injured my hand trying to close the door management did nothing I feel I deserve a refund for the poor condition of the room.

The property was absolutely unacceptable the room and common areas were filthy, the carpet was covered in stains, and there were people fighting in the hallways. I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. If you have kids, avoid this hotel and this area.
Although I understand that my booking was marked as non-refundable, I was forced to leave one day early for my own safety. The conditions of this hotel were completely misrepresented and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or security.
I have always trusted ******* when booking my trips, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Being denied even a partial refund under these circumstances is unacceptable. This incident has made me seriously reconsider ever using ******* again, as I no longer feel confident that you stand behind the quality or safety of the properties you list.

I am a student that travels twice a year to Michigan for a week. Most hotels I have stayed at have been pretty ok for the most part. But this one was quite nasty. The carpets and walls were pretty abused. Next door to the hotel is a gas station that has a bunch of vagabonds just hanging out. The worst was the neighbor directly in front of me played loud radio the entire night, with his actual door cracked open, from like 8pm to 8am. I was quite furious that the hotel staff allowed this. I never leave reviews, but this hotel was quite nasty. I’ll never visit this again.

冰箱把我的食物冻住了，还爆了几罐汽水。烟雾报警器发出刺耳的哔哔声，非常烦人。在房间里都能听到电梯的声音。除非主动要求，否则不会有人打扫房间。电视一直都不能用。
最差的汽车旅馆。我明白需要提出清洁请求，但每次您还必须带着毛巾到前台更换。早餐准备得很丰盛。咖啡机仍然坏了。房间里的咖啡机坏了。
我被要求等候的房间里的厕所堵塞了。
该设施根本没有得到维护。
