The front desk staff. A thin man with an earring was rude, inconsiderate, looking at pornography on his phone behind the desk while I was standing there waiting for him to stand up and acknowledge me. He acted like he did not know how to communicate.

Could have more than one coffee pot, more than one type of bagel, warm breakfast burritos that you can microwave would be a nice option.
Absolutely loved the designated smoking area although some pool towels next to the door with a bin for dirty towels would have allow gas to dry the bench off if it's wet like it was when I sat down.
Overall the place was great plan on staying again possibly for an extended stay. The girls at the front counter were more than courteous, also you could have fans that guests could use with a deposit and get their deposit back when they return the fan unharmed. That would greatly cut down on noise from other guests and help the heaters maintain the heat in the room

First given a room on the 2nd floor. It was missing the swing latch lock on the door. And it was the 2nd room down from the elevator. We could hear the elevator motor buzzing continuously. We requested a different room. Moved to the 3rd floor, further down the hallway. Much quieter and the latch was intact.

The check in was pleasant. The room appears as the pictures show. But upon closer inspection there were stains on the duvet and curtains. The toilet seat was broken, to which I alerted staff the next morning. It was not fixed that day, nor was the room cleaned. The second night I discovered the TV remote didn't work. The shower faucets are outdated and the shower walls had a bit of mold.

Had to ask for toilet paper, didn’t have soap at all in the rooms, there was stains on beds and bugs in my room

冰箱把我的食物冻住了,还爆了几罐汽水。烟雾报警器发出刺耳的哔哔声,非常烦人。在房间里都能听到电梯的声音。除非主动要求,否则不会有人打扫房间。电视一直都不能用。
最差的汽车旅馆。我明白需要提出清洁请求,但每次您还必须带着毛巾到前台更换。早餐准备得很丰盛。咖啡机仍然坏了。房间里的咖啡机坏了。
