Very nice hotel, quiet, nice staff but the breakfast was small. Would expect a hot breakfast for the price we paid.

We booked a king bed and were given a room with 2 beds, we had no sound on our tv so we couldn’t use it, and our bathroom door did not close tight. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were not offered any money off for no working tv.

Parking safe, location good, and close to the hiking trails I was interested in. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Not very clean. Mildew in the shower, dirt/crumbs on the floor. You can tell it was a cheap remodel, looked very sloppy. We had a shower with two shower heads but only one of them worked.

我不是那种爱抱怨的人，但这实在令人无法接受。
我预订了延迟退房，大概在退房时间前10-15分钟，客房服务人员就来敲门催我离开。于是我去前台询问原因，他们却无言以对。白班员工，比如前台和客房服务人员，态度非常粗鲁，一点也不热情。夜班员工倒是友好亲切。尽管如此，我还是会再次入住这家酒店，只是想提醒大家注意这一点。
健身房很热。泳池区有一股异味，像是电线烧焦或氯气过量的味道，闻起来像有毒气体。电梯里也有同样的问题。不太满意。前台退房时没能给我收据，我在网上也没找到。
工作人员非常热情周到。房间舒适，淋浴区宽敞。我肯定会再次入住。
