While the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly. The hotel rooms are completely DISGUSTING. the bathrooms don’t look like they’ve been cleaned with actual cleaning supplies or at all! The shower wall had white clumpy stains and clearly the bathtub base had not been cleaned. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. And finally the mattress felt like sleeping on a bale of hay.. was here for a family reunion and I can say without hesitation I definitely won’t be back here to stay again.. disappointed

Looked forward to this trip and was so disappointed . Had trouble sleeping with all the noise in the hallway and the doors closing. The staff at check in, the ****** floor and restaurants were in no hurry to seat and serve people. They acted like our presents was an inconvenience . I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money !

Machines TIGHT win $20 they call it a big win!!If they don't loosen the machines may have to shut it down.Its getting that bad !! No play very little rewards - Chief Martin was the Man since he died ALL DOWN HILL FOOD REWARDS NON Existent ANYMORE.Yhey need to Do something to get people re interested in coming!!

The greatest getaway from Alabama! Guys played golf, women played cards and slots! Ate at Bistros, mamma& ems and our favorite Phillip M’s ask for Angels- so sweet and serves everyone with a smile & excellent food!!! We won, we lost - but we all had great time!!left on Thursday came back Sunday ! Didn’t have to me till Monday!!! Loved it!! Rooms great! Bed so comfortable!! Go just to have fun!!!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. We parked in the garage and weren’t sure where to check into the hotel at. My husband went up to one of the workers to ask for directions. Their interaction went, “hi, can I ask you a question?” She replied, “No I don’t know you.” So he said, “ I just have a question about checking in”. “I don’t know you, give me your ID.” WHY do we have to show our ID to ask a working employee a question about directions? Ridiculous. I knew then that we were in for a bad time. It’s our wedding anniversary vacation and my mood was already turning bad. Next, we go up to the customer service desk to check in. They tell us the rates have changed and to insert our card. No one explained if the rates went up on down, so I asked and I received another attitude. Sorry, I’m not putting my card in anywhere unless I know how much I am paying. There are too many interactions like this to even name during our 2 nights there. We were on edge the entire time because we didn’t know who was going to snap at us next. Our first interaction with the restaurants was us sitting at the bar and having to wait a really long time for the bartender to look up from his phone. I don’t like having to wave down a worker because I find it rude, but that’s what we had to do to receive service. The food was decent, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. Do not waste your money. We traveled 12 hours to be treated like absolute trash by the unfriendliest staff.
