My wife and I got into Columbus at 9:00 AM on a plane. After flying all night we were tired. This motel let us into our room a little after 12:00 instead of the scheduled time of 2:00. We were very grateful.

Dont pay to stay here
Floors went swept. Tv remote was broke. Bathroom door wouldnt close. And a train track next to the motel that had a freight train go through about wvery hour all night. No phone in room. No ashtray. No ice machine. Fridge didnt work.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly enough. The staircase to the upstairs rooms looked like it would fall apart at any moment, and the door to my motel room had clearly been kicked in at the bottom in the past.... The room was simple, it wasn't until bedtime that we pulled the covers back to reveal crumbs all over the bed, however the front desk provided us with clean sheets when I brought it to their attention. The bathtub was noticeably stained & appeared dirty, we opted out of using the shower. The air conditioner made some strange sounds all night long, but it worked, despite our doubts. Would not recommend unless you're desperate for a cheap place to sleep.

A friend and I booked a room here. When we arrived the man at the front desk was fine, he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was AWFUL. The door looked like someone had tried to break out. The floor was sticky, you could hear your shoes sticking to it when you walked. The beds- we had 2 double beds- had sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed in some time with weird colored stains and there was hair in the sheets. Burn hole in the quilt covering the bed. The bottom of the door frame was rotted off going into the bathroom. I cannot say enough negative things about this property. We refused to stay and then was only refunded for one of the two nights we had booked. Currently trying to get the other night refunded but the manager at the property is not helpful at all. Truly a terrible experience.

The sheets in the first room was covered in mud, the second and third room that was offered had body hair and bodily stains. The staff wouldn't do anything about the loud drunk person staying outside of one of the rooms. I was told to speak with you here to get my money back.

the staff were friendly and professional, but there was painting supplies and McDonald's cups left in the room and no soap or shampoo provided

The motel is next to train tracks that run constantly throughout the day, very noisy. Also, the door to me room had a gap between the door and the door frame allowing bugs to enter the room. No shampoo, only soap. The inside of the refrigerator was filthy.

I ask for a different room they switch it to a another dirty room so i ask for cleaning beding the guy at the front won't give me his name but made sure he said this isn't the Hilton we don't keep clean bed???? Wait what so sad. The picture online or very different as well. They get 0 from me and my family

房间就在铁轨旁边，火车总是轰隆隆地经过，很难入睡。
非吸烟房间的房间和床单上都有烧焦的痕迹，房间里弥漫着吸烟室的味道。枕套和毛巾仍然很脏，看起来好像没洗过，只是折了回去。
