Sept 2925 2 day stay
The pool was closed by health department for high chlorine level days ago and the grills outside were either not working or is bad shape weeks ago too. The carpet was very worn in our room. But good side was excellent breakfast buffet and furnishings were good

Spent I little extra money hoping for a comfortable and upgraded hotel. The floors had frayed carpet, shower glass doors flithly and needs paint and a freshing up. Way too expensive for the conditions.

Tub was stoped up place has bad plumbing cleaner move my stuff around which I didn’t like made me feel unsafe.!!!

Everything was ok until our a/c went out at 11pm room got to 87 degrees. Too late to move tried to make the best of it. Front desk wouldn’t discount the rate offered us a water at checkout for our trouble

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I checked in about 4 on Thursday and the 2 young ladies that were there were excellent. Very good location.

Upon arrival, we were shown two rooms, and in both rooms, the sofa sleeper mattresses were disgustingly nasty and heavily soiled. Additionally, one of the rooms had extremely filthy sheets, which made me physically ill to my stomach. The condition of these rooms was beyond unsanitary; they were unsafe. Due to these conditions, my family and I were unable to stay at the hotel and had no other choice but to leave and secure alternative accommodation at the last minute, which created a significant hardship due the financial and time constraints we were under.
