This is my first stay at this travelodge and I can say it was amazing. I was down visiting some friends and the staff had great recommendations on where to go for food and drink. It was lovely to meet Emma the manager who is a credit to the team and that definitely reflects on all her staff members , they were all so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the shower was lovely. Definitely recommend

Rooms were so lovely and warm when we walked in, which was much appreciated in the cold weather at the moment.The staff were so welcoming and professional they were so helpful to any question we asked. The room was lovely and clean and even had extra towels and toilet roll which was great for our few day stay. Definitely will stay again

Came down for Christmas and it was great, transport- buses and trains all very close to easily get to St.Ives, rooms were nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, dog friendly which is always a plus, will definitely stay again

Great location for St Ives and the surrounding areas stayed at this hotel a few times cheap and clean and quiet sleep surprisingly with the a road next to it . The receptionist hardly present during my stay and no bell to notify them if you need anything . Had a good night sleep

We were made to feel really welcome by the lovely staff. We enjoyed 5 nights and met lots of nice people who work there. The room was clean, quiet and everything worked. The shower and bath were very good.

We have stayed here on several occasions and always found the experience to be smooth and stress free. The staff have been the same for very many years and are friendly and helpful and give our stay a personal touch as they always greet us and we have got to know them over the years. They are easily contactable by phone which is reassuring. The online booking system is user friendly and simple. All the rooms are clean, beds comfortable with good bed linen, more pillows are available as are more towels which are very large. There is a good supply of tea and coffee in the room. A bonus is that there are two coffee establishments close to the hotel along with a very large M and S, a Boots and a NEXT (if we forget anything we can pick up items at the nearby shops). The hotel is located in walking distance of Hayle centre but set well back off the road so the rooms are very quiet and there is ample parking on site.

Once again my visit to Cornwall brought me to Hayle and my first choice of where to stay was Travelodge at Hayle. Although the shell garage that sits infront of the hotel has been demolished and it looks a little like a building site, although I have been reassured it will be up and running again soon , it still doesn’t effect the hotel or the on site free parking offered . This hotel Offers what is expected and what is needed . Friendly staff, warm, clean rooms is what I expect and what I got.

Two nights in a room that smelt like a dog kennel was offered a second one that was not much better overall very disappointing should be separate rooms for dogs

We used Hayle Travelodge as a stop over on our way to the Isles of Scilly. So it was chosen for its convenience and the fact that dogs are allowed. It was clean and tidy, so we could not ask for more. I would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed with this stay, noisy, dirty, on a Demolition site. people hanging outside till late at night. Breakfast box not made clear when booking.
