My stay was great! Spotless, friendly staff, good breakfast, and lots of parking. The gym was great too; it was clean and had good equipment.

Stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. Followed up three times and room never cleaned or new towels provided.
Fresh brew coffee macjine at breakfast broken the first two days. No white milk one day for breakfast. No yogurt for three days. No fresh fruit or eggs for three day stay. No pancakes, waffles or fresh toast over three days.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the breakfast had the same offerings for all five days. Also, the pancake machine was inop all five days. The facility, staff, and location were all superb.

The bedding and towels were FILTHY! Both had stains and when wet had black spots. I requested fresh bedding upon arrival which has stains all over. Each day receiving new towels were filthy as well.

The room was clean, it didn’t have an odor. We left a hotel from across the way because the only thing you could smell was **** all night long…. I found this room for a great price. I wasn’t scared to take a shower here!!! They had everything you need too like shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc

We asked for a refill on soap for two days. When we finally got the knock on the door we were given shampoo. Good thing is we always pack our own supplies. Other than that the overall experience was good.

My car was broken into in the parking lot overnight. The staff was very helpful in retrieving the video to see what happened.
