I had not stopped in a Travelodge for 15 years until two days ago, I was not sure what to expect. We arrived to check in and the two young ladies on reception could not have been more polite, pleasant & helpful. The room was clean, functional and airy, with coffee making facilities. Our two night stay was not 5 star, however, it was extremely good value, and we have no complaints. Throughout our stay the staff were excellent, for this alone I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, yes I also recommend this Travelodge.

Easy booking, very good price, easy payment. No fuss. Really clean hotel, quiet room. Pleasantly surprised,will always consider Travel lodge as a first choice where to stay in the future

Great welcome and introduction to hotel and services. What to expect and fire assembly point. The hotel smells amazing and the flight of stairs were manageable. Staff were warm, kind and when I needed support because of my work, the staff were incredibly supportive and understanding. Room was airy, warm, bright, very clean and smelt amazing. The towels and bedding were clean and pressed. Mattress a d very comfortable and I slept like a log. Very unusual for me in new places. The local amenities met all my needs Main staff of the hotel introduced herself to me the following day as I walked across the hotel. The hospitality here must be mirrored by Staff in the NHS. The level of warmth I experienced is incredible. Overall: Outstanding service
