Didn’t spend too much time here as only a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work and a socket or two was quite loose. However, the usual comfy stay, hot shower. And staff had left a packet of party rings and a picture to colour in for my son. Would stay again if flying from Luton.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn on several occasions when visiting the are, but on this occasion we were not pleased with the standard of the room. The room needed a complete thorough cleaning, dust and crime everywhere even the cables hanging out from the bottom of the TV were covered in dust. The bathroom caulking was black and around the bathroom walls were holes and grime. We stayed for 3 nights and not sure if we would book again.

Very nice staff and also polite the hotel very clean and tidy receptionist this morning was exceptional one of our best stays in a premier inn.

I arrived late at the hotel but I was greeted with a smile and a welcome, when I'd made a special request in the early hours of the morning because I was hungry, Trust went above and beyond to accommodate. Absolutely fantastic customer service, rarely found anywhere which is testament to his own character. Thank you Trust, you made my day!! Management note: this boy needs a pay rise!! He's an absolute asset to you.

Stayed overnight before flying out of Luton airport early the next morning. Very close to Luton airport, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room, 5 minute walk to the Harvest for our evening meal, free WiFi, large free carpark We will definitely be staying here next time we fly from Luton airport. Just an observation but the room could benefit from USB charge points however considering the age of the building it is understandable that the room didn't have any.
