不要指望睡个好觉！入住酒店 105 号房间后，我们发现窗户上有蜘蛛网。我儿子住在 219 房间，床上用品有洞。楼梯顶上有垃圾，房间门外有一张用过的脏纸巾。早上请不要在 105 房间，房间背向厨房，风扇在早上 6 点启动，锅碗瓢盆的叮当声在 6:15 左右开始。我去了接待处，餐厅的女士说，我引用“好吧，我们对此无能为力，因为我们需要做早餐”当被问及为什么至少我们在入住房间时没有收到警告时，我被告知他们有以前从未被告知过噪音。这是一个谎言，因为搜索这些评论有一些关于噪音的抱怨。另外，通往楼下房间走廊的安全门完全坏了，任何人都可以进去。强烈建议住在另一家酒店。

Arrived Christmas Day. Pleasant looking hotel. Hotel corridor was like entering a deep freeze Looked forward to a welcoming warmer room….no such luck! Took 45 minutes to warm room. Thermostat wouldn’t allow it to stay on. Had to get up in the night to kick it on again Bed comfortable enough ….but on two thin pillows for two people?? Not my best stay

We visited this Premier Inn very briefly today due to a family emergency, and I feel it deserves special praise. Our 10-month-old niece had become extremely unsettled in the car due to overtiredness and feeling overwhelmed. After several stops on our journey from London to Dunstable, during which we had exhausted all available milk, we took an exit off the M1 and came across this Premier Inn. We went inside to ask if it would be all right to wait while she calmed down and until another family member arrived with a bottle of warm milk from home, which was about twenty minutes away. The manager, Kline, could not have been more helpful. He welcomed us in without hesitation, offered reassurance to my sister-in-law, and was genuinely compassionate throughout. His kindness and understanding made a very stressful moment far easier to manage. Although our visit was short, the care and consideration shown by Kline left a lasting impression. We are truly grateful.

Made very welcome and easy check in wonderful breakfast together a supportive ethos. The customer service was excellent and being in the hospitality industry I was curious to understand why. The reason is keeping good people and length of service together with great leadership.
