We arrived and didn't even book in. The man on reception was not nice! The hotel is not like the photos. You need to rethink your need to advetise this motel.

I wasn’t even allowed to check in. Chris at the desk said I booked the stay for the wrong price online and demanded more money. It was at 10:00 at night and I went to find another hotel. Absolutely horrible customer service and he was more concerned with the white powdery stuff he put on his hand and sniffed up his nose. Would recommend this place be shut down!!!!!

The problem I had was with travelalosity. Motel 6 doesn't take Travelocity. So I had to pa for my room twice

I was overcharged. I made a reservation with *******. They did not honor the ******* reservation and I ended up paying $25 more. Otherwise they don’t want me to give me the room. I didn’t have any choice but to pay this is false advertising. Unprofessional ripping people off.
