In conversation with the owner who enquired ETA. I was whatsapping that my flight was on time. That I landed and was in transit. That I needed assistance with my luggage. Especially as it was on a high floor after a lengthy travel. Got there and literally no one was there to greet me. Just a WhatsApp or phone call. We had booked a reservation for dinner and had to hoik the suitcases upstairs ourselves. I had a bad back from travelling. Was told they are not 24/7. Even after I was diligent with time of arrival. It felt very cold and unfriendly. Luckily only one night and we stayed in Cuitadella for less in a hotel that trips over itself to help you. A perfect antidote. Unless you are happy with no concierge or welcome on arrival avoid

The property is certainly unique and quite cool but i found it overpriced for the quality and the cleanliness

酒店回复: oh thanks Stephanie for your review, 1. some light on the price, it comes from a 1-day-stay tarif, a specific short-stay tarif on the 15th of August hottest peak season in the Balearic islands, a very common practice in Europe and Denmark (and even desirable, a good/best practice, a higher 1-day-stay tarif in terms of environmental sustainability), for the rest of your review, 2. a precise description for action/reaction (hopefully the purpose of your words)! it would have been more than welcomed, in any case, 3. it's true than a 1-day stay right before a flight departure is too short period to know each other! and 4. last comment: that 15th August, not appealing your solidarity or empathy but ifor your nfo, that day was the day of the extreme rain floodings and natural disaster in the island (a DANA Depresión Aislada en Niveles Altos in Spanish, you can look up in internet and the two videos i sent you over), not easy for any of us, for sure for you thanks again and regards

Second hotel from Ignasi, the passionate owner of Ses Sucreres, in Minorca as well. Very cosy feel as home hotel in the centre of Mahon. Decorated with a lot of attention and "petits machins ici et là". Very artistic, creative and fun. Mahon was way more interesting as expected, and worth a few days. We highly recommend!
