We booked an upgraded room. We wouldn't have wanted to have paid anymore than we did on 22nd February.We were quoted £125.99 for Saturday 21st February. Extortionate rate for what you're being given. We stayed at a.4 Star hotel in Helensburgh which was £40/cheaper. The room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's ok just for an overnight.

Worst travel lodge I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are cold when asked at reception if it was possible they could heat it up a bit there response was just a plain and simple “no” TV didn’t have no channels, tried to tune it on myself and function was not available on the TV, reported to reception on my first night and got told it would be sorted, 7 nights later still not sorted, Hears the best thing -“cleaners” wouldn’t pay them peanuts think all they did was leave me a clean towel, never took any of the ones away I had used nor never emptied my bin After all the years I’ve spent travelling around the UK and world through my job I’ve gotta say this is absolutely the worst Travelodge I’ve ever stayed in… AVOID!!!

Iam a pensioner with health issues and the staff were very informative and made me feel comfortable regards my stay.
在寻找住宿时，我们找到了这家Travelodge酒店，他们提供一间标准升级房，配备免费Virgin WiFi和咖啡机。到达后，我们被告知房间在二楼，而且酒店没有电梯。我们俩都70多岁了，这可真是个糟糕的开始。房间的门锁是老式的耶鲁锁，房间本身也很简陋陈旧。房间里只放了两个茶包、两包牛奶和一个很旧的咖啡机。我们收拾好行李后就出去吃饭了。回来后发现暖气打不开，暖气片是冷的，马桶也冲不了水。当时是周五晚上8点半，我们知道这个时间肯定不会有水管工来修。我们也不想费劲打包换房间。我丈夫想了个办法让马桶能冲水，所以我们就凑合着住了。WiFi几乎形同虚设，根本连不上。至于浴室，洗手液分配器坏了，也没有提供地垫。酒店位置优越，景色优美，可惜窗户太脏，总而言之，非常令人失望。我们后来收到了Travelodge的电子代金券。
马桶冲水功能并非延迟，但前台却坚持说冲水功能正常，只是需要等待10分钟才能使用。真是令人失望，你的大小便都得在马桶上停留10分钟才能冲水。酒店没有提供其他房间的选择，幸好我们只住一晚！
非常失望。这是我们苏格兰之旅入住的第三家Travelodge，也是迄今为止我们住过的最差的一家，我们住过很多Travelodge，因为它们都允许带狗入住。我们房间（2号房）的窗外景色是一堆垃圾桶，旁边是隔壁酒吧的员工区。酒吧快要打烊的时候，外面很吵，员工们一边聊天一边往垃圾桶里倒垃圾。房间里很热，我们根本关不上窗户来隔绝噪音和气味！我们只见过一次工作人员，那是因为我们在办理入住手续的时候打了前台的电话。这家酒店破旧不堪，不推荐入住。相比之下，海伦斯堡（Helensburgh）风景优美，人们都很友好。
酒店就在海滨。地理位置优越，距离市中心仅几步之遥。虽然面朝主干道，但我们的房间可以俯瞰停车场，而且位于一楼，非常安静。按照Travelodge的标准，房间很干净，员工也很友好。我们住了两晚，睡得很好。如果我们再去海伦斯堡，我们一定会再次入住这里。
酒店附带的酒吧非常吵闹。他们本可以给我们安排酒店安静一侧的房间，但却没有。前台接待员似乎对这个问题毫不在意。
这家酒店需要翻新。我建议您预订时确认一下是否有海景房。如果没有海景房，您看到的就只有停车场和垃圾桶的景色了。
