While still in this hotel, I can't believe how hard the mattress is. Otherwise, the location is good (1' from main train station and a huge shopping center and 15' walk to the old town), the room is clean and the price was great. The staff could be more smile, maybe get more knowledge about the city and its activities. The room was very, very basic, that means 1 tower and 1 pillow per person. That's something easily fixable but the stone mattress not😑. Overall, our final proposal to IBIS, Please fix the above issues and we'll be glad to come back 🙂.
真可惜，本来可以给五星好评……我们预订了住宿，但抵达后他们告诉我们停车要收费，尽管车位空着。真是热情好客！我们本来想住一周，但住了一晚后，我们出于原则和缺乏透明度，决定换一家。住宿和早餐也没什么可说的，虽然也要花钱，但物有所值。
