Ho-hum
We stayed for 4 nights & did not receive a room cleaning - even after we requested the room be cleaned. We took out our own garbage, asked for fresh towels & did not complain that they couldn’t schedule us for a room cleaning. We enjoyed our “track view” so we could watch the horses working out each morning & it’s a quick drive to the track for watching the races.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. I complained to my front desk and they said I had to go through you . So I am recreating a refund

No comfort whatsoever. I acquired bed bugs and am in the process of legal action to settle before my attorney and I pursue legal action. I am very disappointed at this point.

工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。人都很好！欧陆式早餐丰盛美味。每天要收取10美元的费用，但并没有在任何地方披露！工作人员竟然允许无家可归的人进来拿走早餐室的物品！我们第一个房间的冰箱坏了。我们换了房间，发现灯罩又脏又坏，窗帘也关不严实。每晚150美元，这简直让人无法接受。
不会再来了！
首先，我们几个月前预订的第二间房，等到下午4点才入住。然后，床单和被套上都沾满了污渍。脏兮兮的床单应该换掉。免费早餐简直差强人意。这是我吃过的最差的酒店早餐！我唯一的赞美……
我们的房间可以俯瞰赛马场，我们醒来后就能看到马匹在训练！太棒了！
周末度假
偷偷溜出去过了一个女生周末。看了Dean Z在查尔斯顿******的演出，太棒了！第三次来这里看他了。房间很棒！干净舒适。唯一的缺点是浴室没有排气扇，房间很干燥。除此之外，一切都很棒！
一切都很棒，房间漂亮极了，非常干净，前台非常友好。入住过程非常顺利。早餐菜单选择丰富。一定会再次入住。
查尔斯顿的旅馆非常棒，无论是员工还是房间，尤其是床。
12月25日，我和妈妈一起庆祝我的生日，度过了一段非常轻松的时光。

我们到了那里，他们说我们的房间还没有准备好……那个人的态度非常奇怪，而且非常不友好……然后当我们进房间时，发现烟灰缸里还有一支点燃的香烟，桌子上到处都是食物，床看起来像是刚“用过”的……我们花了 30 分钟试图清理它……这真的很恶心。前台的那个人根本不在乎，而且很粗鲁
房间很不错，但标明有免费早餐，但只有冷食，没有热食，这与我预期的房间价格不符。
