Located in the centre of town, just a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Good value for money and very clean throuhout. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Parking 24hrs for £6 at Wellington Street car park. Would definitely return next time in Petersfield.

We stayed at travel lodge while visiting friends it was ideal location and the staff are amazing the hotel was spotless.

Hotel right in the centre next to shops. Good sized room, clean and very helpful staff. Get it out the way - it’s a budget hotel, the bed is not great but I find that at every Travelodge. The not an individual hotel issue. The room was large - plenty of space. Everything you’d expect, including USB sockets. Great staff. Went out the way to help us, letting us in 10 mins early and even sorting a mishap (our fault - booked wrong month!) No heat or noise issues like in some previous reviews. Some road traffic but it’s next to a road, wasn’t any kind of disturbance. Other half said smelled like someone had been smoking, however it wasn’t overly strong , a faint smell as they had the window open. We went out to shops and when back the smell was completely gone. Hard one for the hotel as they can’t control previous guests, just manage it by cleaning and opening windows.

Stayed here lots of times mostly Weekends, this is a Great location the staff here are extra Friendly and very helpful..Rooms are spacious and always Kept very Clean would definitely recommend, big Thanks to Rhona & Flori.

Loud noise from within ceiling above room constantly so a very deprived sleep if we managed to sleep at all. Room had rubbish left in it and was obvious rooms aren't very well checked to ensure cleanliness. If you have a breathing issue, best to avoid. If we hadn't been out for a meal with drinks, we would've left and stayed elsewhere. Been offered a free breakfast as compensation but it is not a breakfast to our taste and there was 2 of us. Staff weren't even aware of the noise issue and we're shocked at the level but the hotel was apparently full so couldnt move us. Better to stay at the Premier inn close by as they have a good sleep guarantee unlike this place. Area is dodgy after dark with drunks and homeless hanging around and signs of too much drink (vomit) right outside the hotel entrance.

I always feel welcome by the staff at Peterborough central especially Manager Flori. I find the hotel to be clean and tidy, peaceful and the rooms are well kept by the housekeeping staff. The hotel is accessible to local shopping and the train station.
