Ideally situated for a 10 min walk into town centre. Chose to walk into centre as hotel has free parking for guest. Brewers fayre next door for dining options. We chose just breakfast which was value for money.All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are as I expected for a premier Inn. very clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean nice hot shower.

We visited for breakfast after being very rudely turned away from The Badgers Set with our two children, so I’ll admit I felt a little apprehensive walking in. I cautiously approached the bar (leaving my family in the car just in case!) but the difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles. The team truly couldn’t have done more for us. Rachel, Demi, Steph and Kayleigh were all so attentive, friendly and welcoming — they completely turned our morning around. The breakfast itself was excellent. Everything was continually replenished throughout our visit, so the food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Thank you for making our morning — happy Sunday, guys! We can’t wait to come back and see you all again.

I’ve just finished a week-long stay at the Premier Inn in Stourbridge and felt compelled to leave a five-star review for the incredible service I received. Ellie, in particular, was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Harleen was equally as helpful, always welcoming, attentive, and professional. People often talk in business about “going above and beyond,” but Ellie and Harleen truly live by that standard every day. The level of care, friendliness, and attention to detail has been absolutely out of this world. After staying here for a full week, I would certainly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone. Stayed overnight on Saturday 10th Jan 26. Room was warm and comfortable especially the bed. Unfortunately the breakfast was very very poor. I had prepaid for an English breakfast and the cooked food was cold, not warm, cold. Scrambled egg had crunchy bits in it I assume was shell but it tasted like powdered egg. Bacon was cold greasy and so thin you could see through it. Beans, hash browns and black pudding all cold. Sausages were cold but edible. Continental breakfast was ok but limited ie no meats or cheese Tried to raise issues with staff but they kept disappearing as I approached. Definitely not worth £10.99. Next time I would take my breakfast in a local cafe.

Large room and comfortable bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Only one set of towels supplied ; Initial request for more had been ignored on our return after a few hours out, but thankfully the evening staff were far more proficient.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, with breakfast included on the first day only, and it was excellent value for money. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms due to an incident with another couple smoking in their room, but this was handled brilliantly by the staff. Megan was absolutely excellent at sorting everything out — she was friendly, chatty, and showed genuine concern for the safety and comfort of the hotel’s customers. What could have been a negative experience was turned into a very positive one. We would definitely book again in the future.
