Beverley Premier Inn is one of my favourites. Nice hotel, great location and the staff are always lovely. But…………… Recently it has become the norm for only person to be on duty in the evenings. They have to check people in, take food and drink orders, pour the drinks, deliver the food and drinks to the tables, take payment for the meals, clean the tables etc On top of that, the restaurant is constantly running out of food. Last week they had no chips so I had to have hash browns with my gammon, then they had no chicken, then no fish, then no cider, then no decaf coffee. Not sure what has happened recently, but the management needs to sort it out.

Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the evening meal. Very polite restaurant staff. Good Customer Service. All good. Thank you. A happy customer. 10/10

This is one of the worst premier inns we have stayed at and we have been to many. It is centrally located and close to amenities but charges to park in the multi storey car park rack up so have to factor this in to your cost as charged every time you enter and exit the car park. We paid £26 for two night stay. In the hotel there was a lady at reception but we were asked to self check in. We had some difficulties doing this and eventually the receptionist got up to help us so not the greatest start or welcome to our stay. Rooms are usually clean and basic but offer good quality sleep. However on this occasion our stay in room 314 was very disappointing There were missing towels, no mini fridge to keep drinks cold and the heater was not working ( although when reported eventually resolved) . But the worst thing of all was the awful mattress that was super uncomfortable and needs replacing urgently. Their promise of a of a good nights sleep was broken and neither of us slept well. After a two night stay we have left with achy backs and not feeling rested and agree we would not return to this premier inn again as it was not cheap either.

Nothing wrong with this PI, room was fine, great location. I wouldn't stay again if I could help it given the receptionist was rude and abrupt while checking in. My friend stayed at the same time as us (we were in Beverly for an event) and noted the same.

One of the worst Premier Inns i have stayed at. On arrival the member of staff on reception would not check me in as the self service kiosk was available, but due to my booking being via a corporate travel company they needed to help anyway. Room was OK. Heating / air-conditioning unit noisy and turns off randomly. The WiFi is slow unless you pay for the upgraded service at £5 per night. Restaurant is hit and miss whether it is open or not each evening which is not helpful when all you need after a long day working is an easy meal etc. Breakfast is supposed to open at 06:30 however hot food is not available until 06:50 as they are still cooking / microwaving it until this point.

在圣诞节期间,我想员工人数有限,但前台没有人值班,客人只能通过两台丑陋的登记机“迎接”——对于节日来说,这根本不受欢迎。房间干净安静,空调/室温可轻松调节,还有一台漂亮的大电视。然而,我没有得到“保证的晚安”,因为我觉得床垫和枕头不舒服。因此,我取消了最后一晚的住宿。
位置极佳,房间一尘不染,早餐也很棒。如果你的房间像我们一样在后面,那么问题就来了,周五早上 7 点,由于从苏格兰出发,我们晚点入住,送货车就停在我们窗外一个小时,根本睡不着。所以可以肯定地说,我们并没有好好休息,因为接下来的一天非常忙碌。
与我们之前的住宿相比,这次住宿很差。一点也不开心。房间条件低于预期标准。
