Great location for our needs. Only issue was access due to main road. However, the place was clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. Friendly reception and frankly a great price. I would certainly recommend for those on a budget.

A very good value stay with comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and good facilities. Hotel room was spacious and clean, carpet looked new and room appeared fresh as if recently decorated.

Well staffed with friendly people. Big, clean room. Comfortable bed and a view of fields! A bit noisy from road if windows are open but got used to it quickly.

Very surprised. Room was spacious and clean bed very comfy.There was a bath which I love Staff friendly and helpful.Easy 3 minute walk to the lakes. Well worth the money. Will stay again.

A great stay at the hotel, sadly for only one night, whilst visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable, also staff were pleasant and helpful.
