Aylesbury Buckinghamshire. the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time rooms are clean . food is nice staff are friendly. but their was one member of staff that went over and above for me and my dog to make sure we wanted for nothing she was so lovely friendly and kind made us feel so welcome from the time we walked through the door I would like to say a big thank you to Lakshmi .thank you very much .from sue .105

Best Travelodge we’ve stayed in. Great location, modern and super clean and comfortable. Wonderful helpful staff particularly Lakshmi who checked us in served us drinks and was so kind and friendly helping us with local knowledge and taxis.

We drove up from Cornwall for a family funeral and stayed here for one night. We were tired and cold on arrival but our receptionist Lakshmi was so welcoming and helpful to my wife and me, and to my other family members. Our rooms were spotless, warm & comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The bar was well-stocked and sensibly priced, and Lakshmi also tended the bar. In the morning the "all-you-can-eat" buffet breakfast was very good with a good range of cereal, juices, cooked items and beverages.

入住和退房流程非常快捷高效。酒店位置绝佳——紧邻艾尔斯伯里镇中心，步行约10分钟即可到达火车站，出行十分便利。房间还能欣赏到美丽的河景，这着实令人惊喜。然而，入住体验的几个方面却令人失望。浴室散发着难闻的气味，房间整体感觉清洁不到位，表面可见灰尘。房间本身空间不大，我们两人入住却只提供了一条面巾和两条浴巾。由于淋浴漏水，我们只能把面巾放在淋浴旁的地板上使用。另一个问题是水壶——它很脏，看起来像是有人之前用它煮过牛奶。每次烧水时，水里都会漂浮着细小的颗粒，根本无法使用。总而言之，虽然酒店的地理位置和效率是其优势，但清洁度和房间质量需要大幅提升，否则我不会考虑再次入住。
房间和浴室虽小，但非常干净。不过，淋浴间缺少放洗发水等物品的架子。五个衣架对于长期住宿来说不够用，而且不建议携带超过一个行李箱，因为空间几乎不够放。
