Extremely comfortable stay for three nights. Friendly staff and super clean rooms. Slept incredibly well and breakfast was lovely

Stayed here a few weeks ago and had amazing service from a fantastic lady called Zoe, I had impeccable service from her, the room was so clean and comfortable if you need a good premier inn for a great price this site is by far the best I’ve been too in years, all the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The staff here deserve all the praise very well done to the team.

Another great stay at this hotel, I tend to stay about 4 times a year when going out with friends. I always receive a great welcome, all the staff are so cheerful and clearly enjoy there work. The hotel it's self isn't the most modern and is becoming dated now but it's always clean and the staff really make me feel welcome and safe which is important when I'm travelling on my own.

We stayed here this weekend for 2 nights and it did the job! Room was tired but clean, floorboards very creaky! And whoever was ontop of us they definitely sounded like a herd of elephants! How people can be so noisy when there’s only a bed chair and desk in a room!! Breakfast in the attached restaurant was nice wish we’d been told the coffee machine was out off order when we paid for the breakfasts at check in then we wouldn’t off eaten there! Staff who we spoke too were very polite 😊

Staying here for business, Vicky on reception was very welcoming on my arrival helpful in booking me in and jolly telling me where my room was, always greated with a smile lovely lady asset to the company

Basic and tired room. Bedrooms were freezing in mine and my mother’s room. Heater on the walls didn’t work. Request for plug in radiator for my vulnerable mother was ignored. Breakfast crowded. Coffee machine wasn’t working.

I have spent hundreds of evenings in premier inns over the years, and this is the most welcome I have ever felt. Vicky at the front desk had an impeccable demeanour. Greeted with a smile and a chirpy, positive attitude and went out of her way to provide the most excellent customer service. A*, great job, keep up the good work John
