Oh my goodness, where do I even start with George, the Reception Wizard? 🌟 Upon our arrival, we were greeted not just by a man, but by a beacon of hope! I had mistakenly booked our room for a date in the future—like, way way into the future, as if I were traveling through time! 🕰️ But fear not! George, with the swiftness of a caffeinated squirrel, leaped into action. He waved his magic keyboard and—*poof*—our reservation was transformed! ✨ Not only did he save our sanity, but he also made us feel like VIPs in a five-star circus! 🎪 With a smile that could light up the darkest of hallways, he sprinkled kindness and humor all over our check-in experience. If every hotel had a George, the world would be a much sillier and happier place. Bravo, George! You’re a legend in the realm of hospitality! 🌈🏆

Stayed at the Premier Inn in King’s Lynn and was immediately greeted by George on reception, who delivered customer service so smooth it could probably replace a Dyson vacuum in terms of efficiency. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and somehow made checking in feel like a motivational experience, as if he’d just downed a protein shake, put on his best Converse, and decided the world deserved elite hospitality that day. The room was spotless, the bed was ridiculously comfortable (genuinely like sleeping on a feather), and thanks to George the whole stay went from a normal hotel visit to a strangely heroic chapter of my travel history.

Booked a weekend away having stayed in many other Premier inns. This one will never be forgotten. Yhe 1st staff member was not very welcoming and rude yet the other was great. The room was absolutely roasting, a clapped out fan was in the room yet clanked on every turn, mattress was very hard and stiff and they didn't provided a baby cot even though i requested one on booking. So all in all a decent 3 hours sleep roasting hot and sharing a bed with a 1 year old. Apparently the ANPR is not working but signs everywhere saying provide Car Reg so very misleading. As for the restaurant, certificates on wall for Doom bar ale yet none on tap as ran out.. says everything... Food was good though, can't fault that. Won't be returning here again.

This is a standard Premier Inn which is located on the outskirts of the town so is easily accessible with plenty of space for car parking. We have used this hotel on several occasions and our latest stay was perfectly ok.

Excellent hotel, Shain and the staff always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Very modern having recently been upgraded, repeat visitor on business, always my go to hotel when im in the area.

Have nothing to complain about staff were very polite and friendly. I needed a soft pillow and reported to reception. When we got back the pillow was there. The only thing I would say is why is there no lift. There seems plenty of space for one. Thus is a missed opportunity as I feel more people would choose thus premiere inn.
