Rooms were nice, decent size, clean, good TV, staff nice, however the wifi is terrible - both the free wifi and ultimate (£5 per day) are not good, and we had no phone signal across 2 different rooms and 3 different phone networks. Have stayed before on a different floor and was an issue then. It makes it quite hard to plan/communicate when you can't even send a text. I had planned to do some work over the week there and couldn't. No fridge in room. Breakfast was decent. The rooms are only cleaned if you ask reception in the morning but there was often no one sat there. Overall fine - you know what you're getting with premier inn and it was a comfortable stay but expect to be able to use internet for paying over £600 to stay for the week

Problems phoning reception to check whether we could drop our bags off prior to check -in,they never answered. The loud machine noise coming through the walls of our room throughout the night was unbearable and we didn't sleep well. The large metal shower head fell off the shower,luckily I caught it. We complained about the above, the staff offered to fix shower and offered us another room, however we were about to meet family and didn't want the hassle. We thought that there couldn't be a second night like the first , but unfortunately there was. The Horizon car park machine was going to charge us for 2 nights parking, when we only had used their car park for 1 night. When we mentioned this the security chap kindly said he would sort it. Most of the full English, hot breakfast was cold,with shriveled up mushrooms and no tomatoes. Other than this, on a positive note the staff were very friendly.

Great location on the seafront. A simple, functional hotel with no frills, but friendly staff, and usual standard of Premier Inn basic room, entirely adequate for a short stay. I do not like having to request a room clean/tidy, which should come as standard. The most bizarre Premier Inn company policy to date. It needs to be changed.

Bedding and towels both had holes in them due to being absolutely worn out. This is very poor especially when paying over £100 per night in a standard room. The bedding and towels are in a similarly poor condition when we stayed in a Pre plus room recently at this same hotel. During that stay, the duvet cover has a rip in it over a foot long. Very unsatisfactory. Also, the bed sheets never seem to fit as they're either too small or far to big. Our last room also had a mysterious white shoe box sized box which hummed all night. The exterior still looks dreadful despite it renovations starting at the rear. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but there's not enough of them around nowadays.

我和我的伴侣在这里住了一晚。房间干净舒适，物有所值。可以俯瞰海滩和大海的景色。工作人员很友好、有礼貌、乐于助人。煮熟的早餐很美味。床非常舒服，我睡得很好。我的伙伴不确定枕头如何，但他发现床也很舒服。我们会再次留在这里。我们住得很愉快。
