Friendly, helpful staff throughout my stay, with Abbie, Lauren and Shelby being particularly lovely. The room was great and I also ate at the restaurant, which was pleasant. Would happily stay again.

I stayed here for a business trip over two days and the hotel and people were lovely and extremely welcoming. Abbie and Lauren were the people I had the most contact with. I was greeted by Abbie on arrival and she was very informative and helpful from then until I checked out a couple of days later. Lauren served me dinner on my second night and was very attentive and accommodating to my requests. I thoroughly recommend coming here for business or for a get away.

Always have an amazing stay, Abbie Lauren Shelby and angel always treat me so kindly. Food in evening is great chefs Josh and Nigel were amazing. Abbie helped me with the heating in the room with a smile on her face. I will always return here

Room was spacious and staff all friendly, the only issue we had was no rail on the wall for the shower. To help with the step up or out. The showr has a highish step to get in and out and with the lack of anything to help get out and it being very slippy this caused a fall getting out of the shower, unfortunately a bath or shower mat would not have prevented this but a proper grab rail could have not the thin towel rack on the wall.

Had a 2 night stay recently and we found the staff excellent, always helpful and chatty. Our room was excellent, clean and welcoming. Lovely breakfasts and evening meals. Truly excellent value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the need arose.

I always ensure I stay at this hotel as the staff are amazing. Lauren, always seems to be working when I arrive, and her friendly smile and warm welcome makes the stay more pleasant, she remembers all the regulars names and is always smiling 😃, I cannot fault her. I highly recommend staying here, Lauren and the rest of the Premier Inn staff really do go out their way to ensure you have what you need and have a pleasant stay. Thanks Lauren, because of you I will continue to keep coming back.

Really enjoyed my stay here. All areas and coridiors were spotless, all staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely - all you want with efficient service. Room was a new evolution room. It too was also so clean with all you need and the bed was so comfy. Nice to have toiletries provided. Would really look forward to stay here again if the reason applied. Best premierinn for me to date.
我们入住的是伊普斯维奇北部的克莱顿酒店。过去七年里，我们大约住过这家酒店三十次。我们每次都订到面向停车场的房间。这次我们却被安排在了酒店另一侧的房间。我睡眠很浅，所以觉得这会是个问题。夜里被车流噪音吵醒了十几次，午夜过后我们就关上了窗户。凌晨四点半，我知道自己再也睡不着了，就下楼投诉。酒店告诉我们，他们之前给我们安排的是面向停车场的房间，但在我们晚上八点十五分到达之前就把我们换到了别的房间。他们给我看了一张图表，上面用颜色区分了所有房间的噪音等级：绿色、琥珀色和红色。图表显示，几乎所有不面向停车场的房间都是红色的，这意味着它们被评为噪音较大。Premier Inn的客户服务部门似乎并不在意酒店位置带来的外部噪音问题，而且他们的“安心睡眠保证”也不涵盖这种情况！一星评级是针对酒店客户服务部门的，而不是酒店位置本身。
