Great staff, ideal quiet location on the outskirts of Southampton. Easy transport links with buses and a nice restaurant next door.

I had to unexpectedly stay here for about nine nights after my husband was taken to the nearby Southampton general hospital - not only were the staff incredibly welcoming and lovely, but they were so accommodating when I had to add extra nights on last minute as I didn’t know how long I’d need to be staying. They kindly moved things around so that I could stay in the same room, which was very kind of them. The desk is open 24hrs which was very helpful when I’d be coming back late from the hospital and it’s very well located in a nice area. I never struggled with parking even when the hotel was full and the car park was full of larger work vans taking up multiple spaces. Parking was reasonable at £5 per night. The rooms are very clean and fairly modern and even the free WiFi was good. There is a premium WiFi which I used so I could work and that was handy too. There’s also a Beefeater onsite which does pretty decent food and a big Sainsbury’s a few minutes’ drive away. All in all, I’d just like to thank the friendly staff for making what was a tough time, just that little bit easier.

Was going on a cruise the next day so decided to stay at this hotel the night before so we didn't have to travel far in the morning. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.

Awful from start to finish.... receptionist on arrival was beyond useless. Seemed like he would rather be anywhere than helping me. Got to room and it was disgusting. Floor filthy and obviously not hoovered for a while. Clumps of dust, hair and what looked like straw everywhere. Cobwebs in every corner, clearly old as full of dust. Mattress old and not supportive, holes in duvet, pillows old and as this as paper. Broken lamp with live wires hanging out, light switches loose and dangerous. Bathroom doorway full of cobwebs... shower dirty, full of curly hairs.... disabled seat covered in hair and a suspicious "skid mark". Do they even employ cleaners. And to top it off they now charge £5 per night for the car park....

I have stayed at most Premier Inn hotels when traveling for work. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. Lovely gentleman Lastone made our trip easy. Supported us in sorting our parking and meal times. Great job, Lastone.

Came down for work & stayed in the upgraded Prem plus rooms. Lovely coffee machine, great shower & the room was spotless! Phil the receptionist was great, ordered me a taxi back to the airport which was incredibly helpful. Would recommend

Amazing staff that are very helpful and warm too speak too, the food i had next door was fantastic, the manager (Jack) was so helpful with the room and finding other places too go too in and around the area! 10/10

Me & the family came to stay here the other weekend and it was such a lovely experience. Rebecca the receptionist was super helpful on check ins. Parking wasn’t an issue & it was in such a quiet location Rooms were clean and tidy, very good value for money
