Stayed here for Christmas visiting family. Lovely treats in room for kids Staff amazing. Room clean. And big family room for the 4 of us. Happy to return again. Lovely location

Booked a room for over 2 weeks but i missed a date somehow ans sara picked this up and brought to our attention and ahe managed to save us money and keep the same room. Gave the kids treats in their stay and looked after us parents us. She went above and beyond for us. Credit to the company. Thank you so much hope you enjoyed your chocolates

Stayed here for Christmas week. Sara was so helpful. Leaving kids treats and Santa keys for kids. Biscuits for the adults. Family room was huge. Clean and spacious. We look forward to visiting again next year thank you to all staff

Excellent location in Horndean and off the motorway. Very easy to get to South Downs, and to visit Portsmouth. Very comfortable hotel with easy parking and a warm welcome from staff. The bed was comfortable and there were good quality toiletries in the en suite shower room. Nice to have comfortable seating too. All spotlessly clean. Excellent value, and nice to be able to walk into the town with choice of places to eat.

The staff were wonderful they helped me so much the treats in our room made us feel so welcome on our second day my son fell ill and made a mess of the toilet and nathan (staff member) came straight in and cleaned it all up no issues so polite and professional great guy had a great stay will be booking again thanks guys
